General updates

Made significant updates to a bunch of files:
-.zshrc environment vars and script sourcing in new file
-.zshenv this is whehere the above went
-.muttrc clarified the address line as well as password control
-.ssh new directory for secure shell config files
-.tmux.conf new file to control how tmux behaves
-.config/i3/config i3wm configuration
-.config/polybar/config topbar configuration
-.config/termite/config terminal theming and other things
